Tasks
Staff follow-ups from voice agents and admin entries. Assign, triage, and close.
Tasks is where staff follow-ups land — things a voice agent flagged during a call, or that an admin created by hand. Assign them, work through them, and mark them done.
Views
Switch between three ways of looking at the same list, whichever suits how you work:
- Queue — a dense, sortable list; good for triaging a lot of tasks at once.
- Inbox — one task at a time with full detail, good for working through a backlog in order.
- Cards — a visual board, good for a quick at-a-glance status check.
Your chosen view is remembered for next time.
Filtering and status
- Open — the active backlog (shows a live count).
- Closed — tasks that have been marked done.
- All — everything.
Narrow further with the Assignee and Source filters — Source lets you separate tasks a voice agent created automatically from ones an admin entered manually.
Creating a task
Click New task, give it a title and optional notes, and assign it. It joins the Open list immediately.
Working a task
- Assign it to whoever should handle it.
- Edit details (title, notes, priority) as things change.
- Mark done to close it out — closed tasks stay visible under the Closed and All tabs, they just drop out of Open.
Everyday tasks
- See what's outstanding → Open tab, whichever view you prefer.
- Find your own work → filter by Assignee.
- Tell voice-agent follow-ups apart from manual ones → filter by Source.
- Log something by hand → New task.
- Close out finished work → open the task and Mark done.
