Status
The live, real-time view — calls in progress, registered devices, rolling graphs, recordings, and the raw call log for troubleshooting.
Status is the real-time, operational view of your system: what is happening right now and what just happened, at a technical level. Where Call Analytics is the analysed, searchable record (sentiment, quality scores, transcripts), Status is the live dashboard and the raw diagnostic log — the place to look when something is happening now or when you need the technical detail of a specific call. Most pages here refresh on their own.
Active calls
A live view of calls currently in progress, auto-refreshing every few seconds. Each row shows the call's start time, from, to, trunk, account, and state. When the system is quiet it simply reads no calls in progress. This is the page to watch during a busy period or to confirm a call is connected this moment.
Registrations
The SIP devices and mobile apps currently registered to your tenant — i.e. which phones are actually online and able to take calls. Each row shows the account (extension), device address, IP, user agent (e.g. "VoxaLink 1.1.0 (iOS Mobile App)"), MAC, and registration duration. The summary distinguishes mobile push registrations (push-enabled mobile clients, which have no contact URI) from SIP contact registrations. If someone's phone is not ringing, this is the first place to check it is registered at all (it complements the Devices unregistered filter in Directory).
Graphs
A 24-hour rolling view of system activity, auto-refreshing every six minutes. Headline counters across the top — Calls, Call legs, Active registrations, Reg changes — sit above time-series charts:
- Call volume — concurrent calls overlaid with call legs, in 10-minute buckets across 24 hours.
- Registrations — active SIP + push registrations, with subscriptions overlaid.
- Call quality — quality trend over the same window.
Use it to see capacity and load patterns, and to spot registration churn (a flapping device shows up as repeated reg changes).
Recorded calls
Every call you have kept the audio for. Click a row to play it back, read the transcript, or add a note. Filters narrow by time range and direction. Recordings older than your tenant's retention window are removed automatically each night. Recordings appear here shortly after a call completes (typically under a minute, once the audio is verified in storage). This is the operational list of recordings; the analysed, sentiment-scored view of the same calls lives in Call Analytics.
Call Log
The raw log of every call placed on the tenant, newest first. Each row shows time, from, to, duration, trunks, and a PCAP column. Click a row for the per-call timeline — the trunk leg, the agent legs, and the recording — the full technical anatomy of the call. The PCAP (packet capture) is the deep-diagnostic artifact support uses to investigate audio or signalling problems on a specific call.
This is the page to open when you (or support) need to understand exactly what happened on one call at the protocol level — as opposed to the friendly, filterable summary in Call Analytics.
Status vs Call Analytics — which do I use?
- "Is it working right now?" → Status (Active calls, Registrations).
- "Show me the technical detail of this one call" → Status → Call Log (timeline, legs, PCAP).
- "How did we do this week / find a call by what was said / sentiment and quality trends" → Call Analytics.
That completes the tour of the tenant portal. To find your way back to any section, the menu map in Getting around lists every chapter.
