Pipedrive
Connect VoxaLink to Pipedrive so inbound calls pop the matching contact and a Pipedrive activity is created when each call completes.
The Pipedrive integration links your phone system to Pipedrive. When a call happens, VoxaLink looks the number up in Pipedrive, pops the matching contact on inbound calls, and creates a Pipedrive activity when the call completes.
Pipedrive is connected with OAuth — you authorise once and Pipedrive hands VoxaLink a token, so there are no credentials to type in. This is a newer connector, so for anything specific to the Pipedrive side, check Pipedrive's own help.
Before you connect
- A Pipedrive account you can sign in to and authorise when prompted.
- Optional but handy: store Pipedrive phone numbers the way VoxaLink presents them — full international form, e.g.
+61…. If a contact isn't being recognised, compare the number in Call Analytics (Call Analytics) with how it's stored in Pipedrive.
Connect Pipedrive in VoxaLink
- Open Admin → CRM Integrations and find Pipedrive under CRM.
- Click Configure. In the dialog:
- Apply to — All accounts (tenant-wide), or a single permission group to pilot it with one team first.
- Get OAuth token — click this and sign in to Pipedrive, then approve access. Pipedrive hands VoxaLink a token; there's nothing to copy or paste by hand.
- Click Save.
Matching and logging start on the next call.
What happens on a call
- Inbound — VoxaLink matches the caller's number to a Pipedrive contact and pops that record for the person answering.
- After the call — when the call completes, VoxaLink creates a Pipedrive activity for it.
Troubleshooting
- No contact pops — compare the number in Call Analytics (Call Analytics) with how it's stored in Pipedrive, and store it the same way.
- Nothing happens at all — re-run Configure → Get OAuth token; the authorisation may have lapsed or been revoked in Pipedrive.
- Anything specific to the Pipedrive side — as this is a newer connector, check Pipedrive's own help for account-side details.
